Danny Levy ’03MBA is on board with courage.
In her new role as the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s first Director of Customer Experience, Danny Levy ’03MBA is an advocate for the more than one million riders who use the T each day. As the MBTA rolls out an ambitious, $8 billion plan to improve service and reliability, Levy is working to ensure that riders have a good travel experience every day.
Her own journey—and the path to her new position—has been shaped by a sense of courage that was bolstered during her time at Simmons.
“It might only be once or twice in a career,” Levy says, “but at some point, everyone will have to decide whether to stay where they are, safe within their comfort zone, or to take a risk for higher rewards by trying something new where the odds of success are unknown.”
